steam help please

Okay so I've figured there's no way for me to buy steam funds via paypal and also no way to transfer funds from one user to another.
K, so I'll ask differently: can someone buy me some dota2 things in exchange of paypal money and then trade items to me? :s

I need:
1) Spectre ephemeral haunt set
2) Two 6-day point bonuses

In my steam, it costs about 7$ + 14$ = 21$
idk how it's in other steam dota stores, but about the same, i think.

so, anyone wants to help me? i give you 21$ (or how it should cost in your dota store, just tell me) on your paypal, you buy these and trade them over (my steam profile: steamcommunity.com/id/oldzakha… )

Well no one actually noticed my 'funny' april fools post, so nvm then...

I'm looking for a person with UNUSUAL ANTHRO OC (not kitties/doggies/wolvies/lions, omg please no) to trade with. Unusual means, e.g., birds, avians, mythical animals (your own critters as well), rare mammals such as wombat or fossa, or underused ones like bats or rats... etc. Ask me if you're not sure.
